The Skara bug boss is Argenti impact. Come up with a better name for this boss, like ptakhur.
Jingliu also works. Suppose Herta could work. As of 1.6 there is no 5* ice erudition or imaginary erudition. Ratio is too ST to handle the swarm of flies.
Ruan Mei's toughness break buff helps against big bosses with a lot of gauge toughness shields.
There seems to be a pattern with Yoimiya in 4.3 and Asta in this quest. Some people deserve to be put under Asta as well.
This is a cake breeding event. So it seems Ruan Mei is a biologist/geneticist, and one of her hobbies is breeding.
Also does this kind of event contribute anything to society? It's like getting a cat and naming it Furina (legal as HSR universe is outside Fontaine's jurisdiction) or getting a poodle and naming it Navia.

HSR is outside the jurisdiction of Fontaine, so this is totally legal.
There is a new erudition path in SU (propagation was also introduced after 1.0). Erudition appears to buff ultimates so it is good for Argenti. Jing Yuan is more a fua dps so Elation suits him more.
Day 1: having erudition unit to attack all the deer trees could work too. Day 2: having more defense like even TB preservation would help against Kafka's attacks. Day 3: Jing Yuan works against Yanqing's swords too (and there is a module buffing both electro and wind for JY and Blade).
Day 4: JY, Topaz, Argenti works, besides Ratio. As there are multiple targets, Lunae may work a bit better than Ratio. But then again one of the modules buffs fua (so good for JY, Topaz, Ratio), so that could make Ratio look better in this case.
Day 5: FUA buff can help JY, Ratio too. DoT buff can benefit Kafka. The trial Topaz is built on the 4p Ashblazing Duke (fua set). Speaking of which, Ash set could even work for Ratio (for his fua, which are a major portion of his damage).
This event has a countdown, but not in minutes or turns, but in action value. This action value is monotonically decreasing (decreases only if a character takes action). When it hits 0 the challenge is over.
